What Qualifies for a Return?
Tops, Bottoms, and Dresses
Items must be unwashed and unworn. They must also be smoke, deodorant, make up, and damage free. All tags must be intact and in good condition. Please be careful when trying items on.
Shoes
Shoes must be returned in original box with no scuff marks. Shoes do scuff easily on hard surfaces so please try on carpet.
Swim, Accessories, Jewelry, Sale Items and Giftcards are all FINAL SALE.
What if I receive a damaged Item?
Please notify customer service within 24 hours of delivery. Email pictures of damaged items to hello@shopscarlatta.com
Can I return an item that was marked final sale?
All items marked final sale are unable to be returned.
How do I make a return?
You may send back the return using whichever shipping method you prefer. Shopscarlatta.com is not responsible for return shipping.
What is your Return Policy?
Items sent back within 3 days of receiving (including holidays and weekends) qualify for a refund. Items sent back within 10 days (including holidays and weekends) of receiving qualify for an online credit.

Color and Errors
Shopscarlatta.com has the right to cancel or refuse an order placed if an item is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical or systems error.
Our goal is to display the most accurate coloring of items on our website and social media. We cannot guarantee the screen for the device you’re using will display coloring accurately.
