Items must be unwashed and unworn. They must also be smoke, deodorant, make up, and damage free. All tags must be intact and in good condition. Please be careful when trying items on.
Shoes must be returned in original box with no scuff marks. Shoes do scuff easily on hard surfaces so please try on carpet.
Swim, Accessories, Jewelry, Sale Items and Giftcards are all FINAL SALE.
What if I receive a damaged Item?
Please notify customer service within 24 hours of delivery. Email pictures of damaged items to firstname.lastname@example.org
Can I return an item that was marked final sale?
All items marked final sale are unable to be returned.

Items sent back within 3 days of receiving (including holidays and weekends) qualify for a refund. Items sent back within 10 days (including holidays and weekends) of receiving qualify for an online credit.
